Dr. Carlos Chaban M.D.
About Dr. Carlos Chaban M.D.
Dr. Carlos Chaban has been serving Central Florida as a general pediatrician for over 20 years. Dr. Chaban completed his residency in pediatrics at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He then relocated to the University of Florida and did a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease and Immunology, where he received recognition for outstanding services. Dr. Chaban founded Hunt Club Pediatric Associates in 1999 and has staff privileges at most Central Florida Hospitals. Dr. Chaban is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his ever-growing family, traveling and playing golf. Don't tell him we told you but Dr. Chaban has also been seen playing Pickleball recently, he is actually pretty good so watch out!

Dr. Christian Chaban M.D.
About Dr. Christian Chaban M.D.
Dr. Christian Chaban has been living in Central Florida for over twenty years. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Chaban received his medical degree from the prestigious St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in beautiful Grand Cayman Island. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with his bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology in 2009. Since a young age, it has always been a dream of Dr. Christian Chaban to join Hunt Club Pediatrics and work alongside his father, Dr. Carlos Chaban. In his free time, Dr. Chaban enjoys spending time with family, grilling, boating, fishing, traveling, and going to the beach. Doctor Chaban married in 2018 to his wonderful wife Caitlin and they welcomed their first baby, Penelope in 2019. Baby Gabriella became the latest member of the family in September 2020.

Dr. David Hale M.D.
About Dr. David Hale M.D.
Dr. Hale has been with Hunt Club Pediatrics since July 2014. Before this, he attended Medical School at Ross University and did his residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Dr. Hale is originally from Miami, Florida. He is a compassionate practitioner who looks forward to taking care of your newest loved ones. Dr. Hale enjoys spending time on the weekends with his wife and three children.

Dr. Nickeey Kissian Salmon MD
About Dr. Nickeey Kissian Salmon MD
Dr. Salmon has been serving Central Florida area for over twenty years. She received her Pediatric residency training at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. She attended medical school at Ross University. Dr. Salmon enjoys taking care of her patients, especially preventative medicine to help them reach their full health potential. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Kristin Stubbs, CPNP-PC
About Kristin Stubbs, CPNP-PC
Kristin Stubbs was born and raised in the Central Florida area. Kristin completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of South Florida. She is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who has experience in pediatric intensive care. Her personal interests include spending time with family and going to the beach.

About Hazelmarie Gundayao MSN, APRN FNP-BC
Hazel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Nursing with honors (Cum Laude) at De La Salle University in the Philippines. She obtained her MSN degree at Walden University. She had worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for more than 14 years. She loves to take her sassy golden doodle "Willow" that loves to dress up and wear shoes at the beach. She loves travelling with her childhood sweetheart (now her husband) John, cooking Filipino food, playing with her godchildren, spending quality time with her loved ones.

Helen Fox-McCloy, DNP, MSN, CPNP

Helen Fox-McCloy has over thirty years of Pediatric experience, twenty seven as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced in both primary and acute care pediatrics all over the United States. She holds a Doctorate degree from Walden University. She is originally from Sacramento, California, and has lived in Central Florida for the last four years. She is married with two grown sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Donald S Buchanan, CR-PNP
About Donald S Buchanan, CR-PNP
Don joined the Hunt Club Pediatrics family in 2025 when he and his wife Alisa moved to central Florida from Ohio. He earned his master's degree in pediatric care from the University of Akron. He is board certified in pediatrics with nearly 30 years of experience that includes practice at a Level 1 pediatric trauma center, pediatric hospitalist and primary care. Don's approach to treatment is holistic involving the patient and their family as a unit focused on the management of health and wellness within the patient's environment. Don is a father of 7 adult children and grandfather of 5 grandchildren. He enjoys time with his family, traveling and is an amusement park enthusiast. He also enjoys expressing his creativity through woodworking and home remodeling projects.
